Heroku services are restored
The services running on the Heroku infrastructure have been restored. Customers are able to print forms, perform VIN decodes as well as use other services such as CARFAX. Accounting Journal Voucher postings are also restored.

Beginning Jun 10, 2025 08:04 UTC the Heroku Service became unavailable. The team at Heroku is actively working to resolve the outage. No ETA has yet been provided to us.
